On the auspicious occasion of Saraswati Puja, Tanraj Sangeet Vidyapeeth, a premier classical music academy in Greater Noida, orchestrated a grand celebration on February 2, 2025. The event, meticulously curated by Guru Shri Shiv Tanraj, the esteemed Director of the academy, was hosted by Shrimati Sudha Tewari, a distinguished student of the Vidyapeeth and coordinated by Shrimati Lalita Jha.The evening was graced by Brigadier Anand Tewari, Shri Munesh Sharma, and Shrimati Deepa Saju as chief guests, whose presence added grandeur and inspiration to the gathering.



















The celebration commenced with a divine invocation, 'Namo Namo Jaya Shri', a Saraswati Vandana composed by Late Pandit Jeev Nath Jha Tanraj, the revered father of Guru Shiv Tanraj. This soulful tribute was followed by a captivating Bharatanatyam presentation on Ganesh Vandana by the talented students of Nadana Tirtha School of Dance. The rhythmic grace and devotion in their performance set a pious and uplifting tone for the evening.



A heartfelt welcome was extended to the respected chief guests, whose contributions to society are truly commendable. Brigadier Anand Tewari, a stalwart of the armed forces, graced the event with his towering presence, bringing with him a spirit of discipline and dedication. Shri Munesh Sharma, a beacon of cultural and educational progress, encouraged the students with his inspiring words. The audience was also privileged to witness the talent of Shrimati Deepa Saju, an eminent Bharatanatyam exponent, whose passion for dance reflects the depth of Indian classical arts.

The evening then unfolded with an enthralling group presentation on Raag Bhairav, Raag Yaman, and Raag Bilawal by the students of Tanraj Sangeet Vidyapeeth alongside their mentor, Guru Shiv Tanraj. The rendition transported the audience into a world of musical divinity, showcasing the dedication and rigorous training of the students. Special mention must be given to Innika Jain, Shivam Rohal, Vaishnavi Rohal, Awish Mishra, Aadrika Mishra, Samarth Pandey, Vivan Deepak Saxena, Arjun Deepak Saxena, Krishna Kant Rai, Minakshi Tyagi, Nancy Gautam, Sukhbeer Singh, Sudha Tiwari, Soham Bansal, Deeptanshu Shandilya, and Deepa Joshi, whose performances were especially commendable and left the audience spellbound.









The synergy between music and dance continued with a Bharatanatyam duet, symbolizing the virtues of Lord Krishna, performed by two young and promising students of Nadana Tirtha. This was followed by a spellbinding solo Bharatanatyam performance by Shrimati Deepa Saju, which left the audience mesmerized with its finesse, expression, and storytelling.

The finale of the event featured solo performances by students of Tanraj Sangeet Vidyapeeth, each displaying their unique mastery over classical music. The event saw an overwhelming participation of students, parents, and well-wishers, all immersed in the joyous and divine celebration of music and dance. The enthusiasm of the children and the pride of the parents was palpable, reinforcing the timeless importance of nurturing cultural heritage in young minds.



The Saraswati Puja Celebration at Tanraj Sangeet Vidyapeeth was more than just an event—it was a testament to the enduring beauty of Indian classical arts and the dedication of its practitioners. The contributions of Guru Shiv Tanraj, the esteemed chief guests, and the talented students ensured that this celebration of wisdom and devotion will be remembered for years to come.
